Everything has been great so far, great staff, the maintenance guy on the golf cart even asked if my dog could have a treat! Clean, quiet, friendly people living here. Top notch!!

They’ve deleted my review after I’ve written it - twice now . This place sucks and they “managers” are so condescending and corrupt. I feel bad for the leasing agents who are actually so sweet. Also - they won’t plow the snow unless it’s OVER two inches even when cars have damaged other cars.

The few small maintenance tasks we reported on our check-in list were attended to. But the most important fault we reported, the noisy, droning, rattling air-conditioning unit outside our bedroom window that wakes us up in the night, has not. we've been here nearly 3 weeks, will someone be coming soon?

My experience Albany Chase has been very good however there is some room for improvement. Who is responsible for cleaning the fronts porch Railings it suppose to be white but it Black as well as the front porch side-in. Thanks for all of your support.

We loved our time living at Albany Glen and we would’ve stayed forever if our growing family fit! We will definitely miss calling this place our home! Thank you Haley for everything, you were amazing!

We moved in recently and are very happy with the experience so far. Nicole was amazing from showing us the available units to helping process all the application paperwork and provide flexibility to move in from out of state. The condition of the unit is wonderful and we love the feel of the neighborhood.

This was a beautiful complex that was quiet and had such a feeling of community. We will miss that very much. The office staff were very attentive to any needs and we appreciated how great they were at taking care of their residents, taking time out to host events and they made this a fun great place to call home.

Such a great place to live. So helpful with getting me set up in a new two bedroom when moving from the 1 bed. Staff was so helpful and kind. They took their time with understanding what I needed and help provide me a solution. So glad I signed another 15 month lease!! Apartments are spacious and amenities are so clean and great!!
